The self-funded search started in June of 2022.
Search Criteria: Service business with over a decade of operations, a minimum of $400,000-$700,000 in seller’s discretionary earnings, selling at a 3-4x SDE multiple, with recurring revenue streams, and established systems in place. The search is geographically limited to the state of Florida, with preference in the Manatee, Sarasota, Alachua, and Marion counties. I am currently focusing on commercial cleaning, commercial landscaping, and other real estate-related industries. I am pre-qualified by a reputable SBA lender and have the ability to close a deal within 60-70 days.
